I am far from the stereotypical vision of a fitness model but I truly do love to exercise. I crave exercise not only for the physical benefits but more importantly for the psychological impact. When I am working out daily I feel powerful, more confident, and although the scale may even go up (more on all that scale obsession another time) what it does for my peace of mind is priceless.
So I have no intentions of preaching what you should eat and which fitness program will help you loose the weight the fastest, although I do have some stories to share in the future as to what has been most effective for me with serious consideration for my diabetes. I will however share some of my favorite moves to target some of the more troublesome areas with modifications. One benefit of being a HUGE fan of workout videos, I have picked up some good moves. Oh and I have health book recommendations too! Did I mention I love to read?!
